Candidates electing to join our National Consulting team will focus on clients across numerous industry sectors. These industries range from automotive and transportation, consumer products and retail, health, to media and entertainment - to name a few. We have built a dominant position and focus on financial services through our Financial Services Organization (FSO). Candidates electing to join the FSO will focus exclusively on financial services and will have opportunities to serve leading investment banks, retail and commercial banks, insurers and investment managers.
What you will do
As a senior consultant on the AI&D team, you will work collaboratively with our clients to manage engagements and lead teams of data analyst resources in all aspects of design and delivery of information solutions. AI&D is fully integrated into every Consulting service offering, which means that as a practitioner you will have the opportunity to work across the broadest set of spaces, ranging from M&A to customer growth, to NextGen technology transformation, to blockchain and others.
Job Requirements and Preferences
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an MBA with approximately 3+ years of relevant work experience within industry, consulting, or a related field.
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, information systems or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrate inclusivity, and embrace diverse perspectives.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to all audiences while leveraging relevant data to generate insights and innovative solutions.
- Intellectual curiosity, the ability to take initiative and drive execution, and advanced analytical and problem-solving skills within a dynamic and evolving business landscape.
- Exhibits an agile and growth-oriented mindset.
- Possesses strong commercial awareness and has a desire to make a positive impact on global companies as well as domestic businesses, contributing to their long-term success.
Preferred Skills
Ideal candidates will have exposure to one or more of the following categories of skills:
- Business Analysis:
- Ability to elicit and clarify business needs, document and convey requirements effectively to bridge business and technical domains
- Serve as an essential liaison, facilitating clear communication and understanding between business clients and the technical implementation team.
- Project Management:
- Understanding of Scrum Master/Agile Project Management design/set up and delivery, road-mapping design.
- Understanding of user stories setup, issues, and management of agile rituals.
- Agile project management tools expertise such as: Kanban boards, MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, Jira.
- AI and Data Strategy:
- Experience in developing and implementing AI or data analytics strategies.
- Experience in building and deploying supervised and unsupervised machine learning models &/or designing and interpreting A/B test and experiments.
- Experience with master data management, data governance, and data quality.
- Ability to articulate concepts, document architectures, and speak to end-to-end solutions.
- Big data skills such as Hadoop, Spark, Neo4j, or noSQL
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, solution architecture, and data platform design patterns (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
