Our Artificial Intelligence & Data (AI&D) Team has been a key area of investment and an engine for our overall growth and supports every aspect of our client’s businesses. AI&D teams assist clients to effectively and efficiently leverage technology-enabled capabilities to analyze their business and operationalize their strategic goals. Team members will focus on clients across numerous industry sectors. These industries range from automotive and transportation, consumer products and retail, health, to media and entertainment - to name a few.
What you will do
As a Senior Consultant on the AI&D team, you will work collaboratively with our clients to manage engagements and lead teams of data analyst resources in all aspects of design and delivery of information solutions. AI&D is fully integrated into every Consulting service offering, which means that as a practitioner you will have the opportunity to work across the broadest set of spaces, ranging from M&A, to customer growth, to NextGen technology transformation, to blockchain and others.
Job requirements and preferences
Required qualifications
Currently pursuing an MBA with approximately 3+ years of relevant work experience within industry, consulting or a related field.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrate inclusivity, and embrace diverse perspectives.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to all audiences while leveraging relevant data to generate insights and innovative solutions.
Intellectual curiosity, the ability to take initiative and drive execution, and advanced analytical and problem-solving skills within a dynamic and evolving business landscape.
Exhibits an agile and growth-oriented mindset.
Possesses strong commercial awareness and has a desire to make a positive impact on global companies as well as domestic businesses, contributing to their long-term success.
Preferred qualifications
Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, information systems or a related field.
Ideal candidates will have exposure to one or more of the following:
Data science and/or data engineering programming experience preferably in R, Python, or SAS.
Strong skills in Mathematics (Statistics, Probability Theory) with hands-on development skills (Machine Learning/Deep Learning).
Big data skills such as Hadoop, Spark, Neo4j, or noSQL.
Using business intelligence tools – ETL, SQL, data wrangling.
Data systems and systems architecture (APIs, messaging, etc).
Building UIs to drive decisions – Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire.
Cloud platforms, solution architecture and data platform design patterns (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
Master data management, data governance, and data quality.
Knowledge of ERPs, Billing Systems, and CRMs.
Understanding of modern data ingestion techniques (e.g ELT, Near-Real-Time ingestion).
Able to articulate scalable data architecture concepts, document reference architectures, and speak to end-to-end solutions (both cloud and on-prem hosted).
Ability to independently drive projects to completion and ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a demanding environment.
Ability to quickly learn new concepts, strong interest and willingness to keep up with emerging technologies.

The weekly pay for this job, in the US, is $3,500. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
